Wellness in the Greenhouse
Join us on Friday, September 13th from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM for a fully immersive relaxation package in the warmth of the greenhouse. This package includes a one (1) hour yoga session, one (1) hour guided meditation, light dinner with refreshments, and a one (1) hour sound bathing experience. A portion of proceeds goes in support of CMHA. Plus, as a bonus, you’ll receive a coupon for $5.00 off air purifying house plants (valid only on same day).
*Be sure to bring a yoga matt and a water bottle along.
